I recently had the privilege of leading an onsite adult CPR class for a group of Home Depot employees right here in Temecula. The team showed up ready to learn — and they crushed it.
How the class went
From the moment we got started, the energy in the room was great. The employees asked good questions, practiced with focus, and got hands-on repetitions with the skills.
What the training covered
This was an adult CPR class, so we focused on hands-on chest compressions, rescue breathing, AED operation, choking response, and recognizing cardiac arrest.
